How to heal cancer instantaneously!

You have cancer, this is your present state of affairs, you are experiencing this moment now and this moment now is in perfect harmony with what is. There is nothing wrong with this moment now. You have cancer and you do not want cancer (I hope). Yet the cancer is in perfect harmony with the totality of you, there is nothing wrong, that is; the cancer is not an aberration, a result of your body malfunctioning. Your body is functioning perfectly.

Your body is functioning perfectly according to the information it is supplied with.

You can have cancer now and you can be cancer free now, both these scenarios are instantly possible now! They both exist right now for you. What do you want to experience? Being cancer free exists right now for you, but you are not accessing it. You can access being cancer free instantaneously and be cancer free. You just need to know how, have the information and knowledge and be willing,  have the desire and make the decision to access and have the state of health that is cancer free.

You may think it is impossible to be cancer free spontaneously, but it is doable. Are you willing to learn or have you already dismissed it. Is the idea already too confronting, does the idea assault your perceptions?

Most people that have cancer will not be interested, for it is human nature to be set in our ways and automatically reject ideas that are in conflict with our perceptions and beliefs, but for those that are willing to read on, then you have already opened the possibility to be cancer free instantly.

As I mentioned earlier, your body is functioning perfectly. I am sure you will disagree with me here. So please set aside your objections for a little while and see if you discover something that may be important to you. Your body can only function perfectly or it would simply disintegrate. Your body is constantly undergoing transformation in order to adhere to its governing principle of ‘Survive’. This is your body’s prime objective. The information that is necessary to survive and be healthy already exists within you. This information is formed into a pattern and this pattern is a blueprint, a set of instructions. If this blueprint is followed, then health and well being will be the result. You have the blueprint, it is there, it exists now within you. Every cell in your body can respond to that blueprint instantly and therefore have the results that would automatically follow.

If that blueprint were to be followed then your body will function perfectly according to that blueprint. Your body would be in harmony with the information contained in that blueprint.

If you build a house according to a blueprint then you know the house will be a reflection of that blueprint. If you build a factory according to a blueprint then the factory will be in perfect harmony with that blueprint. If you mix up the blueprints and you want a factory but you build your structure according to the house blueprint, can you really say that the house is wrong, that the house is a malfunctioning factory, that you have to remove, destroy, kill and demolish the house, because it is faulty and then you will have what you want – a factory? If you believe the house is faulty and you remove the house, you have achieved your goal (of not wanting the house), the house is gone!

You start building again, and you end up with a house once more. You are building according to the information, the blueprint that you have. The house is not faulty, it is functioning perfectly according to the information contained in the blueprint.

If at this point you realize what you really want (not to get rid of the house) but to build a factory, then discover the correct blueprints for a factory. Only then can you achieve what you want.

You have cancer only because the information/pattern/blueprint that you are operating from, will naturally and automatically have cancer and the results that you have now, as a consequence. How you are right now is a consequence of the information contained within you.

The blueprint that has cancer as a consequence is the blueprint that you are operating from, though you are unaware of this. The blueprint that has health and well being as a consequence is contained within you and is accessible right now, but until you swap blueprints, you will continue to produce the results that you have and are producing.

What information is in the blueprint that results in cancer?-

1.      Emotional trauma.

2.      The belief of ‘I am nothing’ Explained in my book “Life Patterns the Secret to Emotional Freedom”

3.      Beliefs that stem from ‘I am nothing’ – I am worthless, I am insignificant, I don’t matter etc, etc.

4.      Resultant emotional patterns – overwhelm, denied hopelessness, apathy, repressed resentment, loathing, despair,

5.      Negative self image which affects all areas of a person’s existence such as relationships, behavior, diet, work.

6.      Nutritional toxins.

7.      Environmental toxins.

So basically, mental, nutritional and environmental toxins/stress results in ill health. Cancer is a symptom of these stresses and in perfect harmony with them. The mental stressors are the controlling factor. Your body will attempt to neutralize nutritional and environmental stressors as these will be seen as detrimental to the prime objective of the body. However with a negative self image etc, your body is constantly receiving the message that you don’t really matter, so why put in the effort to heal and neutralize these toxins.

What information is in the blueprint that results in health and well being?-

1.      A sense of self worth, “I matter”, “I am important”.

2.      I have a purpose for living.

3.      A love of life, living and self.

4.      Healthy diet.

5.      Unpolluted environment.

So basically minimum stress, is a blueprint for health and wellbeing.

How do we swap one blue print for the other?

There are many ways, I have designed the ‘The 5 Step Cancer Healing Process’ to explain. But as the title of this article is Instantaneous Healing, if you agree to my point of view try this.

If you have practiced meditation or self hypnosis then you will have an advantage.

1.      Lie down and allow yourself to relax, close your eyes and simply watch/ be aware of your breathing, find yourself relaxing more and more.

2.      Allow yourself to become aware of the blueprint of your life, the one that has resulted in the results that you have. Just imagine them however you imagine them, you may see the blue print as architectural plans, a mist of whirling atoms, ghost like human form. Just let an image form, which represents this blueprint. Do not judge the blueprint in any way. It is just what it is, it is perfect as it is. It is not right or wrong, it just results in the results that you have. Once you have an image of the blueprint and it is good if there is movement in your image (a movie is more powerful that a still picture), just accept, this is the way things are, this is the way you are operating and experiencing life.

3.      Now allow that blueprint/image to just be there. Return your focus to you breathing for a few breaths and feel yourself relaxing a little bit deeper and realize and say to yourself, that there is also a blueprint, which results in you being healthy. Now allow an image of this blueprint to form. Allow yourself to dwell on this blueprint and realize that the result of this blueprint is health and well being.

4.      Now see the two blueprints, see where they are in space, notice the distance between them.

5.      Choose and decide which blueprint you want to operate from? Which blueprint do you want? Do not be wishy washy here. This is a life/death decision, if you want to die, then that is okay, it is up to you. If you want to live, you make sure that you want to live, do not leave any doubts, know that it is absolutely imperative, that you choice the blueprint that leads to life.

6.      If you have chosen the new blueprint then thank, (yes, thank) the old blueprint, for guiding your life and see it breakup and disappear and the new blueprint move into the space that the old blueprint occupied.

7.      Feel the magnitude and power of what has just happened.

8.      Accept that you have already healed. Accept that you are now operating from this new blueprint. You may feel or imagine that there is a lot of movement as this information does its job. I repeat, accept that you are already healed, you are now healthy. Fully accept this, it is done. It is like a switch being switched on. Once a light switch is switched on, the light will go on.

9.      Enjoy the acceptance, spend as time in this acceptance as you want to.

Each day, practice lying down and relaxing and visualizing the new blueprint, knowing that this blueprint exists and the accepting that you have already healed. Use phases such as “I accept that I have already healed, it has already happened and I am now healthy and happy”.  The physical adaptation to the new blueprint may take a little time or hardly any time at all.

Taking Risks

Hi,
I received this email today and it is very apt to this blog.

Hi Friend,

Yesterday I was talking with one of my good friends about risk...

My dictionary tells me that to risk is "to expose oneself to the chance of loss." I suppose that is true. Another piece of literature I was once given (author unknown) suggests that:

To laugh is to risk appearing the fool.
To weep is to risk appearing sentimental.
To reach out for another is to risk involvement.
To expose feelings is to risk exposing your true self.
To place your ideas, your dreams, before a crowd is to risk their loss.
To love is to risk not being loved in return.
To live is to risk dying.
To hope is to risk despair.
To try is to risk failure.

You may avoid suffering and sorrow if you don't risk, but you simply cannot learn, feel, change, grow, love, live. The greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing. The person who risks nothing, does nothing and has nothing. Only a person who risks is free.

What causes individuals to shy away from taking a risk, even if it is a low risk and will give them something they really want? Well, certainly high on most people's list would be fear of loss, failure and perceived humiliation if the loss were to occur. Why would we automatically think that we would fail at something? Why wouldn't we first try and see, and then if we did fail, learn from that experience and move on? What causes us to have these thoughts of inferiority?

Well, I believe it dates back to our little life. And, since risk-taking, to my knowledge, is not a subject that is taught in school, it would lead me to believe that a person's fear of taking risks might stem back from before they can even remember. When you were a child taking your very first steps, it wasn't uncommon to hear one of your parents or guardians say, "Be careful, you might fall." Or, "Don't do that, you'll ...." Though some of this is rhetoric and you don't really pay much attention to it, for some, it begins the pattern of playing it safe.

Think of how much better equipped we would be to face life's challenges and succeed, if we had repetitively heard, "Take a chance and don't worry about falling, because you're going to fall...probably quite often. Falling is an important part of learning." Many of the greatest lessons you'll receive in life are going to come from falling ... from your failures.

Failing will never make you a failure unless you quit. Unfortunately, very few people heard that when they were small. The vast majority of our population have been mentally programmed to play it safe.

In my seminars I have often said that a little baby is a natural born risk taker. The baby never considers the consequences of falling when it is learning to walk. Falling is acknowledged as a natural consequence to learning to walk. I guess you could call it a calculated gamble; it's a prerequisite to mastering a myriad of motor skills required to get you on your feet and moving. It's a natural progression in movement. Why then, wouldn't we stop to consider that any movement into unchartered territory should be viewed with the same consideration? What happens to us?

Why is it that we do not see the process of reaching our goals as having steps similar to the ones the baby must take in order to learn to walk? There will be some stumbling and falling in the learning process, but success can only be reached when we are prepared to take those steps, all of them, even the ones where we may fall down. The real win is the confidence and experience we acquire which translates into new opportunities for growth, enjoyment and expansion in all areas of our life.

When I was a youngster in school, I participated in track and field. Pole-vaulting was my specialty; it was the one event I seemed to excel at. I clearly remember knocking that bar flying more often than I cleared it. I also remember I was not very enthusiastic when that happened. Knocking the bar off left me with a feeling that because I had failed, I was a failure. I had failed and as I remember, no one advised me of anything different. In retrospect, it would have been an excellent opportunity for one of my teachers to help me understand one of life's greatest lessons. But, it never happened and it would be many years before I learned the truth, the hard way.

While we're still on the topic of children, I'll throw up another caution flag. There's a four letter word that most parents use around their children so frequently, that the children pick it up and before too long it is buried in the treasury of their subconscious mind. That four letter word is CAN'T. This word has done more damage than a lot of other frowned-upon four letter words put together. I know of some forward-thinking parents who have literally banned that word from their children's vocabulary!

Can't is a word that paralyzes any constructive progress. It switches your mind into a negative frequency. It is a four letter word that will open your mind to a never ending flow of logical, practical reasons which will enable you to justify why you are not able to do something you sincerely want to accomplish.

The only alternative to that four-letter word is its polar opposite - I CAN. I can is far more important than IQ. You don't necessarily have to be very smart to win ... but you must be willing. Reaching the goal is not success; success is moving toward the goal. When I was knocking down the cross bar, I was attempting to reach the goal. I was stretching, giving it everything I had. That could hardly be considered failing. Every time I tried to clear the bar, I was risking being ridiculed by the other kids. I risked having them laugh at me when I missed ... and they did laugh.

However, every time I ran down the field and lowered the pole into the box, attempting to vault myself over the bar, I was challenging myself. Taking risks is essential when you want to reach a goal and the purpose of goals is growth. When you challenge yourself, you bring more of yourself to the surface. If you knock the bar flying today, at least you will know you are challenging yourself; you're a success!

If you dream of living your life in a really big way, you must accept risk-taking as a very real part of the apprenticeship you must serve. Make a decision right now to change. Decide this very moment there will be no more playing it safe ... no more "saving it for a rainy day" type thinking in your life. When people get caught up in the habit of saving for a rainy day, that is generally what they get ... a rainy day.

I clearly remember the first time I heard Earl Nightingale. Earl was telling a story about a farmer who was out walking in a field. He looked down and saw a tiny pumpkin growing on a vine. Nearby, he spotted a small glass jar. The farmer reached down and placed the tiny pumpkin inside the small jar. The pumpkin continued to grow until it filled the inside of the jar. Beyond which it could not grow.

There are a number of people like that tiny pumpkin. They limit themselves and refuse to take a risk. They never truly test the strength of their abilities. You will never get to second base if you keep one foot on first. Too many people go through their entire lives playing their cards close to their chest. They never step out and bet on the surest thing in the world ... themselves. If you hope to accumulate great wealth or achieve high goals, history records that the first few steps have a high degree of risk. You must turn your back on safety and security. To make it big, you must take big risks. You will very likely have to put yourself in a highly vulnerable position. It is also worth remembering you cannot almost take a risk.

Eleanor Roosevelt said, "You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face." Follow her advice and liberate yourself from the crippling emotional state of fear and enter into a world of freedom.

To your success,
Bob Proctor

This is from Margaret Lynch, she is an infectious EFT practioner with some good free videos that you can participte with.

Did You Know ...?
One of my favorite movies contains one of those moments…an “aha moment” that changes forever the course of the star’s live. The movie is called The Holiday and stars Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet, Jude Law and Jack Black.

The story is about two women who meet online and decide to trade homes for the holiday to escape their bad relationship patterns. One of the main characters, Iris Simpkins (Kate Winslet), is a society column editor for The Daily Telegraph in London. Iris has been hopelessly, pathetically in love with office mate Jasper Bloom for over three years, even though she broke up with him after he cheated on her with another girl in the office.

Still stringing her along to the very last minute, Jasper announces his engagment to the other girl at the office Christmas party. Iris is a broken, sobbing, inconsolable mess! Getting away seems like the perfect solution.

While in LA, Iris meets an elderly neighbor named Arthur and learns that he was an Emmy-winning script writer during the Golden Age of Hollywood. He is a retired man and a widower and lives a solitary life, so she asks if he would like to accompany her for dinner. He amazes Iris with dashing tales of the Golden Age of Hollywood and asks why she chooses to be alone spending a time with such an old man.

When she tells him about her pining love for the cheating and engaged Jasper, Arthur delivers an incredibly kind and poignant wake up call. He tells Iris that in movies generally there is a leading lady and there is "the best friend". Iris, who is supposed to be the leading lady, is behaving like "the best friend".

“WHY?!” he says, “WHY are you playing the supporting actress in your own movie? YOU are the leading lady! Go out there and BE a leading lady!”

Iris is blown away, and you feel the moment. (Oh…and the Cameron Diaz romance with beautiful Jude Law is pretty fabulous, too).

We spend a lot of time playing the supporting actor in our own movie don’t we? I did it until I was 30! Playing small, scurrying around for someone else, INSISTING “I don’t mind”, while I worked like a slave and cut my own hair to “save the money for something more worthy” than me.

And in some ways, I didn’t mind because being a bigger bolder ME seems scary and totally foreign. At least I knew exactly what to do every day, and if I didn’t someone told me!
But after a while, it wore on me…it wears on you doesn’t it? It’s exhausting to NOT play yourself, draining and really no fun at all. And people will often not mind at all, saying “thank you” and just keep letting you scurry and sacrifice, they often hardly notice!

I wish I had met a wise, old Arthur to wake me up! But my moment happened while I was pregnant and I realized I was about to become a role model for playing a supporting actress in the movie of my live. I could not do that to my child, I HAD to become a leading lady so she could someday.

So, have you had your moment yet? Did you listen? It’s time right now, maybe that’s why you are reading this! STEP UP into the leading role! Yes, it takes courage, YES, there can be more “at risk”, YES there will be challenges and it is so worth it. To feel ALIVE, empowered and sparkling on the center stage of your movie…letting the cameras follow YOU…that is the most unbelievable feeling in the world.

And when you share the starring miracle that is you, the whole world (your audience) takes a journey with you joy, passion and empowerment!
Let’s do some tapping on that!
XOXO,
Margaret

How The Sedona Method Gets You to Where Eckhart Tolle's "A New Earth" Notes You Want

Hello,

Eckhart Tolle's newest book, A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life's True Purpose, is gaining national attention because people like you are ready for a change. Ready to dissolve your belief in the ego, and break free from its mindset of limitation and lack.

The central premise, which is completely in alignment with the teachings of The Sedona Method, is that you can recognize that yourego,is not your true self and that belief in it being who you are only causes suffering. It s necessary to bring your ego and all of its limited beliefs into your awareness, so that you can dissolve this illusion. This makes living in the now. much more natural and spontaneous. Many of us have spent a lot of our time living in the past or worrying about the future. Dissolving the identification with ego helps us to discover that what we are is already here now, with all its joy and power.

“The Now is all there is,” says Hale Dwoskin, CEO and director of training of Sedona Training Associates. “In this moment if you look into your direct experience you will discover that there may be thoughts about the past or the future. However, if you look at what is actually here you will discover that even these thoughts only happen now. In fact, all life -- all action -- only happens now.”
“If you are not sure,” he continues, “try and do something yesterday or tomorrow right now. Try to actually live in the past or the future. You will discover that this is not possible and only cuts you off from experiencing what is here now. So you can relax. What you are is already here now resting and flowing as life itself.”

Living in the Now Sets You Free

Imagine not having to fret over tomorrow's deadline or yesterday's mistakes. Think for a second just how much time you waste worrying about things you cannot do anything about in this moment. These thoughts are dragging you down; they appear to be keeping you from inner peace.

“We live in a society where almost all thought is about changing the past or controlling the future,” Dwoskin says.

But why spend all of this emotional energy on timeframes that you can’t change? The only time you can do anything about anything is NOW. This, of course, does not mean you should never plan for the future, or think about a past memory. What it means is that it is better to devote more of your energy -- and most of your interest -- to what’s happening right now.

This Moment is All You Have

Many of us have a tendency to rush through our days while we “wait” to have our good times on the weekends or during a holiday. Yet, when the weekend finally comes, we often spend it worrying about work on Monday or feeling stressed about getting our errands done. So you see, when you are caught up in living for any other time than right now, you end up NOT TRULY LIVING at all. You spend all your time waiting, and wishing, while your life appears to be passing you by, one ticking second at a time.

Poet Gwendolyn Brooks had a great understanding of this concept, as her work expresses:
Exhaust the little moment. Soon it dies.

And be it gash or gold it will not come
Again in this identical disguise.

This is really what living in the now is all about. Appreciating every moment, and LIVING every moment, whatever label we may attribute to it good or bad.

How to Live in the Now

If you have read A New Earth and are eager to apply its concepts, or if you simply want to experience the joy of living in the now, The Sedona Method is the tool to make this happen in your life.

“The Sedona Method is a tool you can use now to let go of the thoughts, feelings, beliefs and identities that cause you to look away from what is here now to find what you are, and to have, be and do what you desire,” Dwoskin says.

Every time you use The Sedona Method you lessen the power of what Tolle calls “ego” and the “pain body,” which The Method simply refers to as the thoughts, sensations and emotions generated by subconscious programming.

“As you learn to simply let go, each time you do, you find yourself more aware of the presence or awareness that is always here now,” Dwoskin says. “Your senses become more acute and you can look into and trust your own intuitive knowingness for your source of wisdom instead of the thoughts in your mind which are always based on what was and what might be. You also find that you respond more appropriately and live life more fully, joyously and openly.”

Allow yourself to stop living your life based on what was or what might be, and begin to embrace this moment, the one that is living through you right now.

Miraculous Healing with the Mind

This is a story I remember from many years ago and I just came across it again today, it is posted here http://mindhacks.org/miraculous-healing-with-the-mind/.

Cheers
Philip Martin

Miraculous Healing with the Mind

The following story will challenge your idea of just how much your mind influences your body.
In 1950, a new drug called Krebiozen had received sensational national publicity as a “cure” for cancer and was being tested by the American Medical Association (AMA) and the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). One of the researchers involved in this testing was a doctor called Bruno Klopfer.

One of Dr. Klopfer's patients, a Mr. Wright was suffering from cancer of the lymph nodes. All standard treatments had been exhausted, and Wright appeared to have little time left. His neck, armpits, chest, abdomen, and groin were filled with tumors the size of oranges, and his spleen and liver were so enlarged that two quarts of milky fluid had to be drained out of his body each day.

When Wright discovered that Dr. Klopfer was involved in research on Krebiozen, he begged to be given Krebiozen treatments. At first his doctor refused because the drug was untested and only being tried on people with a life expectancy of at least three months. Wright begged so hard, however, that Klopfer decided to give him one injection on Friday, though he secretly suspected Wright would not last the weekend.

Dr. Klopfer was in for a big surprise.

On the following Monday, Klopfer found Wright out of bed and walking around. Klopfer reported that his tumors had "melted like snowballs on a hot stove" and were half their original size. This was a far more rapid decrease in size than even the strongest X-ray treatments could have accomplished.

Ten days after Wright's first Krebiozen treatment, he left the hospital, and as far as his doctors could tell, with no signs of cancer. When he had entered the hospital, he had needed an oxygen mask to breathe, but when he left he was well enough to fly his own plane at 12,000 feet with no discomfort.

Wright remained well for about two months, but then articles began to appear asserting that Krebiozen actually had no effect on cancer of the lymph nodes. Wright, who was rigidly logical and scientific in his thinking, became very depressed, suffered a relapse, and was readmitted to the hospital. This time his physician decided to try an experiment.

Dr. Klopfer told Wright that Krebiozen was every bit as effective as it had seemed, but that some of the initial supplies of the drug had deteriorated during shipping. He explained, however, that he had a new highly concentrated version of the drug and could treat Wright with this. Of course, the physician did not have a new version of the drug and intended to inject Wright with nothing more than plain sterile water.

Again the results were dramatic. Tumor masses melted, chest fluid vanished, and Wright was quickly back on his feet and feeling great. Yet he had been injected with nothing more than sterile water.

Wright remained symptom-free for another two months, but then the American Medical Association announced that a nationwide study of Krebiozen had found the drug worthless in the treatment of cancer. This time Wright's faith was completely shattered. His cancer blossomed anew and he died two days later.
Wright's story is tragic, but it contains a powerful message: When we are fortunate enough to bypass our disbelief and tap the healing forces within us, we can cause tumors to melt away overnight.

". . .learn how to tap into and control this powerful force."

The patient’s mind alone, independent of the value of the medication, produced his recovery.

This event proves that your mind is so powerful that it can literally bring wonderful or tragic events to bear within days. Most people do not learn how to tap into and control this powerful force.

Many people do have their minds working for them, but in negative ways. Doctors call this psychosomatic illness - an illness caused by a person's negative belief system.

You must learn how to create positive belief systems and use visualization to accelerate your body's rate of healing and recovery.

10 Things I Learned From People Who Survive Cancer

Hi here is an observant piece from someone outside of cancer. Yellow highlight is my emphasis, These survivors have taken a major shift, this is essential and healing doesn't begin till this occurs.
Cheers
Philip Martin
I found this on her website http://www.owningpink.com/blogs/owning-pink/10-things-i-learned-people-who-survive-cancer

When I interviewed women who had survived breast cancer for my art project The Woman Inside, I noticed that they all shared one remarkable thing in common.

They had all faced down death and decided to live every day like it might be their last. And then they all beat cancer.

The more interviews I did, the more I noticed that these women were living differently than most of the people I knew who had not been diagnosed with cancer. Here’s what I learned from those survivor women. Learning these lessons changed my life, and I hope they’ll change yours.

1. Be unapologetically YOU. People who survive cancer get feisty. They walk around bald in shopping malls and roll their eyes if people look at them funny. They say what they think. They laugh often. They don’t make excuses. They wear purple muumuus when they want to.

2. Don’t take shit from people. People who survive cancer stop trying to please everybody. They give up caring what everybody else thinks. If you might die in a year anyway (and every single one of us could), who gives a flip if your Great Aunt Gertrude is going to cut you out of her will unless you kiss her ass?

3. Learn to say no. People with cancer say no when they don’t feel like going to the gala. They avoid gatherings when they’d prefer to be alone. They don’t let themselves get pressured into doing things they really don’t want to do.

4. Get angry. Then get over it. People who survive cancer get in your face. They question you. They feel their anger. They refuse to be doormats. They demand respect. They feel it. Then they forgive. They let go. They surrender. They don’t stay pissed. They release resentment.

5. Don’t obsess about beauty. People who survive cancer no longer worry about whether they have perfect hair, whether their makeup looks spotless, or whether their boobs are perky enough. They’re happy just to have boobs (if they still do). They’re happy to be alive in their skin, even if it’s wrinkled.

6. Do it now. Stop deferring happiness. People who survive cancer realize that you can’t wait until you kick the bucket to do what you’re dying to do. Quit that soul-sucking job now. Leave that deadbeat husband. Prioritize joy. They live like they mean it.

7. Say “I love you” often. People who survive cancer leave no words left unspoken. You never know when your time is up. Don’t risk having someone you love not know it.

8. Take care of your body. People who survive cancer have a whole new appreciation for health. Those who haven’t been there may take it for granted. So stop smoking. Eat healthy. Drink in moderation. Maintain a healthy weight. Avoid putting toxic poisons in your God Pod. Get enough sleep.

9. Prioritize freedom. People who survive cancer know that being a workaholic isn’t the answer. Money can’t buy health. Security doesn’t matter if you’re six feet under. Sixteen hours a day of being a stress monster is only going to make you sick. As Tim Ferriss writes in The 4-Hour Workweek, “Gold is getting old. The New Rich are those who abandon the deferred-life plan and create luxury lifestyles in the present using the currency of the New Rich: time and mobility.”

10.Take risks. People who survive cancer have faced their fear and told it to go to hell. They know life is for living. Fear is powerless. And joy lies in taking risks. So go sky diving if you want. Bungee jump. Hang glide. Spend your savings. Live like you might die tomorrow.

Are you doing these things? Or are you waiting for cancer to test out how much you want to live?
Don’t wait for cancer, my love. Don’t tempt the Universe that way.
Be brave enough to live NOW.
Unapologetically and fearlessly living for today,
Lissa

Cancer - Is Change Necessary

When one has cancer, they may have as their greatest desire – to not have cancer, fight the cancer etc. This is interpreted by the unconscious mind as they want to lose the cancer and therefore lose what cancer means. That is, they want to lose the problems caused by cancer and be as they were, before they received the diagnosis.

Can you see the problem with this?

The main problem most cancer sufferers would associate with cancer, is that it is deadly. So to lose ‘the cancer’ is to lose the threat of death, is this not so? This is the prime objective at the deep level of the unconscious mind, for this is how the unconscious mind interprets the conscious desire “I don’t want cancer/ I want to get rid of the cancer” etc. etc. This desire: This objective; is simply ineffective. It will achieve little benefit to the person.

As stated earlier, they usually want to be as they were, before they received the diagnosis. ‘I want everything to go back to normal’. There is usually no desire to remove the cause of the cancer, for they perceive (incorrectly) this is included, in the ‘losing’ of the cancer. The cancer, or more correctly, ill health, is a result of patterns, as is any disease (ill health) or for that matter, all results of any kind are a result of patterns (of information, actions etc). A side issue: The word disease misleads us, into thinking that we are talking about ‘something’, that is known and can be studied. Disease is a process, it is not a ‘something’ that you can have and not have. You are either in a state of health or a state of ill health, to varying degrees.

If you lose cancer, you will likely still have the disease (ill health) process. If you achieve ‘everything back to normal’, you will still have the disease process. The only question is – “Do you want health or ill health?” The answer to this question, is your desire and objective. Do not confuse it or alter it any other way. Be clear on this, this is your prime, numero uno choice, this is the choice and decision that guides and directs everything else. Throw away everything you have done up till now and make this choice and proceed from there. How can this not be your starting point?

To be healthy (if one has cancer) you need to have a completely different pattern of life. Most people can visualise a healthy living pattern. Diet is extremely important, especially so today. But the biggest change that is needed in the existing pattern, is on the emotional level. People heal cancer (usually accidental) when they make a decision (totally with their whole mind and body) and the decision is in 2 parts.

1. They finally know that their life is no longer viable, that is, that if they keep the pattern of their existence, then they will die. So the person is in limbo, for there is a constant choice and it is death or life, if they are equal then there is only death.

2. The only way to survive is to have a different 'Life'. Once there is a different Life, then the mind will choose life rather than death. This new life though is a completely different pattern. The main part of it is, is a different identification.

When we identify with the old pattern, we think this is who I am, The 'this' is our self worth and image, our values, our behavior, our emotions, our beliefs, our perceptions. We are not these things, these are the pattern and instructions that create our experience. This is the great resistance to healing. Transform the pattern and you heal automatically and the cancer cells revert to normal cells.

There is no guilt implied, the life pattern that one has, is a result of the environment one has grown up in and includes all the lessons and meanings one has picked up, absorbed and been taught in early childhood. The pattern then is a blueprint that we follow unconsciously. The cancer sufferer has done nothing wrong. The cancer is a result/reaction to the pattern. If we take responsibility for our pattern (once again there is no guilt or blame, these are totally unnecessary emotions) then we can take responsibility for our healing. Only we can heal ourselves. What prevents healing is the old pattern and it is imperative that this becomes invalid, for once the unconscious mind deems the old pattern invalid, then it will stop operating. Anyone can heal themself and be healthy. You wouldn't expect a heavy smoker to want to cure cancer and still be a heavy smoker. He would need to change and be a non smoker (which is different to a smoker who can't smoke). Survivors, regardless of the approach they took, report that their life has more meaning and purpose and that their values have changed. This is a changed pattern, if we change the pattern first and deliberately, then there will be many more healed.

Cheers Philip Martin
PS. People resist change. Being healthy and cancer free is a dramatic change from being a cancer sufferer. The Deeper the change – the more powerful the result

Depression, Anxiety and Weight Gain: The Despair Cycle (ver 1)

Here is some helpful info from TylerWoods
Cheers
Philip Martin

Depression, Anxiety and Weight Gain: The Despair Cycle (ver 1)
Today I want to talk about something that so many people tend to have, but there seems to be no name for it. Sometimes we get depressed and with the depression we begin to experience anxiety. Then our self-esteem begins to suffer, we are filled with fear and we begin to over eat or stuff ourselves, we may gain weight so we get depressed, then we have anxiety, then the fear comes in, well it is a cycle, and I call it the despair cycle.

The term despair means loss of hope or hopelessness. It literally means without hope. More deeply, it means without Spirit, without breath, without life. Despair is being without a direction, without alternatives. Not surprisingly, despair is linked to the soul issue of hope.
That is why it is so important to work with spirituality when dealing with all these issues at once because it gives despair some sort of direction.
Mainstream psychiatry and therapies do not see you as suffering from an endless cycle, they just see a set of symptoms and treat them, however, it can be a cycle, and a cycle that needs to be treated correctly.

You know what makes it so difficult about the cycle is that the cycle is difficult to break. Many people have tried to treat each cycle separately. They go to therapist for depression and anxiety then get sent to a psychiatrist to get medications, go somewhere else to help them with weight loss, and go somewhere else to help them find their spirituality and they keep going because they feel each issue is separate. By the time we are done, we are spinning in circles and in many cases, still suffering most of the symptoms.

The problem is you are a whole, you are not depression, you are not anxiety and your are not fear. You are a whole person that needs to be treated as a whole and not just a group of symptoms.
So today I want to talk about the despair cycle and offer you a few ways that you can help yourself.
You know I believe fear gets in our way when we are dealing with the despair cycle. Please know that our biggest challenge is not the fear, but being opened to new information about fear.
99% of fear is not about the now, and it is normally not about the reason you think it is. In fact, most fears are not real. Fear is justified less than 1% of the time you experience it. Amazing isn’t it? Basically, fear is something we create within ourselves, an illusion of the mind. This illusion makes Fear looks and feels real, and We think fear is real because we believe it is real and because we believe it, we feel it. But the truth is…..it is an illusion.

Negative thinking creates fear, which in turn, can create anxiety and depression and low self esteem. Here comes that cycle again, and the truth is, it is based on thoughts.
Thoughts are energized by reacting to them with an emotion. The more thoughts the more emotion, here’s the thing, we have about 60- 70 thousand thoughts a day and if we hold onto that thought for a minute or more we begin manifesting that thought turning it into an emotion and then acting on it.
So it would make sense to begin to recognize your thought process as a way to cope with fear. Have a good attitude and a positive outlook.  You really become what you think
When faced with something frightening, think of it as a challenge that can be changed into an opportunity.

Now speaking of opportunity this is a great opportunity for me to talk about another part of the despair cycle and that is anxiety. I think the most important thing we can remember here is that Anxiety works on an exaggeration. It works by feeding it a story that is not true. You tell yourself a story that has no facts or evidence and you begin to believe in it based strictly on the story you created.
Anxiety is filled with what if’s, so take the what if’s out of anxiety and you take its very roots away. You can do that by simply staying in the now. I know I know it seems to be the buzz word but staying on the now really helps with anxiety. You see worrying about the future or regretting the past isn’t going stop your anxiety, in fact it’s going to increase your anxiety. Want to know why? It’s because there is nothing you can do about the past and believe me, we cannot make the future happen.
So now let’s take a quick peek, we disassemble fear by recognizing our thoughts and use them to create new opportunity and we help deal with anxiety by sticking to the now and listening to only the facts. See how simple this all seems?

Notice I said it seems. Look its taken you a long time to  construct the despair cycle it will take you a while to deconstruct it but I think its great to have a few simple tools to work through some of the basics.

So let’s talk about depression for a second. Did you know that only about 50% of people get help with antidepressants? So what does the other half of people do to cope with depression?
They can use a more natural and holistic approach. Holistic approaches have many modalities, which help treat depression and give the you more responsibility and say in their overall care.
There are so many natural treatments. Of course there are great supplements that are out there that can really help balance your neurotransmitters and give you over all good health. In fact some of the supplements have been compared to some of the antidepressant on the market only with little to no side effects. This is a proven path many are taking.

Movement is important for treating depression and in fact the despair cycle in general. Movement such as Yoga can be very helpful.

I cannot begin to tell you how many of my clients have found that yoga has been a true cure for their depression. Some people say that regular exercise becomes intolerable when depressed but Yoga exercise, starting with as few a poses a day in just a few minutes can become one of the best natural medicines the body can produce.

Tai Chi is another way you can help yourself. You see it goes back to movement. It is Chinese practice and effective for people suffering from depression or anxiety. The practice involves a series of coordinated movement helping the patient to breathe and meditate at the same time. Tai Chi can be practiced by anyone.

Simple walks can even make a huge difference in your depression. Have you ever looked at a pool of water and it has not been moved by rain or ore water, it gets stagnant, yecky stuff grows in it, and it becomes harmful. Well we are made of water and we are much like the pond of water and we need to have movement so our mind our body and our spirit does not become stagnate.
Meditation can help as well in fact A new study in the Archives of General Psychiatry shows that for people suffering from depression meditation worked a great deal. Breathing and being calm naturally can calm the mind.

So when was the last time you went to your doctor or psychiatrist and they suggested the use of yoga, meditation, spirituality, supplements, diet and exercise to treat your anxiety and depression or to use it to build self esteem, and here’s the kicker, to use these modalities to lose weight?

Not many professionals will suggest this. Even though there are a variety of studies backing up the facts that a natural approach to health and wellness especially depression and anxiety, fear and self esteem and even weight loss can battled through natural proven treatments.

Battling the despair cycle is not easy and rarely will you hear someone give you a prescription for life. Despair is a mental state which exaggerates not only our misery but also our weakness. With that in mind I can tell you that you are quite capable of and breaking free of this cycle and walking straight forward.

I think it is key to remember that we are a whole, we are mind body and spirit and combined we are a whole, we are not separate parts. That is why a holistic approach to mental health and breaking the cycle of despair is so important.

That’s because once again let me emphasize holistic healing addresses all parts of the individual furthermore holistic healing is not intended to serve as a band-aid or a one time fix. It is an ongoing journey of discovery in search of more answers and ultimately; living better, being healthier, and striving for wholeness.

That is where your spirituality would come in to play. Having a strong spiritual base helps ease depression, helps us heal physical illness, puts a lid on anxiety, makes us fearless when we are frightened, boosts our self-esteem and makes us conscious people. The spiritual path is one of inner self discovery. Its total focus is based upon ones personal process of self discovery and the search for greater meaning. The only requirement for spirituality is a willingness to commit oneself to total self honesty and personal responsibility.

Spirituality is only for those who recognize that life brings to them that which they create through their thoughts and actions, and that they are totally responsible for their own life experience. Most modern day spiritualists will tell you that spirituality has to do with living with deliberation, that is, living consciously and intentionally—not just "going through the motions" of life, but engaging in life with consciousness.

I personally believe if we combine positive thought with positive movement and positive outlook, we can conquer the despair cycle and live a life knowing that there is the opportunity for insight, joy, faith, and the capability to live life as fully as possible.

Illness Speaks: Healing from Cancer, Addiction and Racism in the Age of Rush Limbaugh

As I approached day number six of a full on "chemotherapy detox" process in the peaceful isolation of the Tucson desert, I was reminded how noisy and all consuming the mind is.
The parallels of healing disease, addiction and racism had never penetrated my brain before receiving a diagnosis for stage four uterine cancer two years ago. Similar to facing addiction or admitting racism, upon confrontation of the sobering pronouncement of malignancy came utter shock, disbelief, denial, sadness, acceptance and eventually, grief.

However odd to say, fighting a life threatening disease was the perfect assignment for someone who identified themselves as a soldier of peace.
Until cancer, I gave dutiful lip service to silence and contemplation but mostly devoted my attention and energy to combating injustices -- whether racial, social or environmental -- and very loudly.

Spontaneous Healing of Cancer
Spontaneous Healing of Cancer
From the desk of Dr Magne, author of Cancer Free For Life

Everyone has the ability to heal. This is built into our physical, emotional, and spiritual natures as human beings. Cancer cells manifest a dysfunction where the only goal is to multiply, unaware that they’re bringing about their own destruction by destroying the organism of which they are a part.

In medical terminology, spontaneous healing of cancer refers to exceptional and unexplained partial or complete disappearance of cancer without medical intervention. Healing is as integral to life as is injury. There is nothing exceptional about a cancer cell reverting to a “normal” non-cancerous behavior. None of us would have been alive if it didn’t occur. We all have cancer cells in our body, which get eliminated by a healthy immune system.

Spontaneous healing of cancer is Nature’s expression of her willingness to yield its secrets of cancer healingof how a cancer cell can change its dynamics back to a state of health. It offers a solid base of hopeboth for the patient who suffers from cancer and for his physician. It is not an uncommon occurrence. Even if it happened only once, it still firmly establishes the possibility. Spontaneous healing of cancer also opens the door to all non-drug, restorative therapies that are known to facilitate the healing response in the human body.

How rare are spontaneous remissions when defined as tumor regression without chemotherapy? The answer depends on who you ask. Physicians who specialize in non-drug, natural cancer therapies will cite a very large number of cases to support their view that cancer remission without chemotherapy or radiotherapy is not uncommon. Most oncologists will dismiss such claims as blatant lies.

Spontaneous Remission: An Annotated Bibliography lists 1,051 case reports published in peer-reviewed medical literature. Spontaneous healing of cancer is not at all an uncommon event in the experience of pathologists, yet it’s a rare pathologist who prepares a formal report for publication of such cases.
]]>

Patients whose advanced cancers spontaneously heal challenge the deepest beliefs of most oncologists and radiotherapists. Usually the cancer medical staff dismiss the subject as insignificant and irrelevant to their work. Many patients refuse chemotherapy recommended by oncologists, and months or years later they return to tell of their success with non-drug therapies.

What is spontaneous healing of cancer? It’s a war against cancer that the body’s own dynamics, antioxidant defenses and DNA repair enzyme systems winsit’s that simple! Spontaneous healing gives clues to what therapies we might choose to facilitate the healing processes that normally control cancer- and coaxes the errant cells back to a healthful mode. This is the core principle of non-drug therapies for cancer management.

Everyone knows or has heard of people who were expected to die of cancer in several months or a few years but who defied their medical prognostic and underwent spontaneous remission. I know of hundreds of patients who had limited cancers that could be surgically removed, and so had little reason to die of the tumor. Yet, they succumbed quickly. I also know of many patients who lived for decades with cancers that had been originally pronounced terminal. What can one make of such cases?

When you think and feel the thought “I’m happy”, a chemical messenger translates the emotion into a bit of matter precisely attuned to your desire, so that every cell in your body jumps to attention like a good soldier, learns of the happiness and joins in. You have the ability to shift your body from one extreme emotion to the other, and that way affect your physiology.

This is the access to another world that you carry inside you, but is difficult to reach except with the techniques of meditation or hypnotherapy. The body is an image projected by the mind, and in a state of health, the mind keeps this image intact and balanced. However, injury and pain can cause us to withdraw our attention from the affected spot. In that case, the body image starts to deteriorate, its energy patterns energy patterns become impaired, unhealthy. So a healer restores the correct pattern this is done instantly, on the spot after which the patient’s own mind takes responsibility for maintaining it that way. Visit http://www.cancer-free-for-life.com for more information on healing of cancer.

The mind controls the body in uncontrollable ways. You can’t usually stop your heart, or lower your body temperature. Some extremely rare human beings, such as yogis in Tibet, can actually do so in scientific tests. Yet, these are functions regulated by the brain. Consider the reaction to fear: your heartbeat is elevated, you breathe faster. But how does it happen? In your brain, you make a connection between a particular situation and a sense of impending danger to your body. Where does that connection occur but in the brain!

It’s extremely difficult for the Western mind to let go of the stream of consciousness. Meditation is a process where one has to sink up or down, transcending beyond the ordinariness of our everyday thoughts. The results are inconsistent due to the lack of knowledge that our thought processes can vary, from deep to shallow, with completely different results. For healing to occur, it’s necessary to go deep, to contact the hidden blueprint of intelligence to rearrange it, reorganize it. People thoughts’ powers are too weak, and their belief in the effectiveness of the method too superficial. Creating health and curing cancer are not the same!

Hello and welcome, this is for those people who have discovered that they have cancer and have a determined desire to be cancer free and healthy. This will only appeal to a minority of cancer sufferers, those that want a deeper understanding and are willing to change.  This article is related to ‘The 5 Step Cancer Healing Process’, this is the essential process that one needs to undergo, in order to be healthy and healed from cancer.

The majority of people, who have been shocked to have a diagnosis of cancer given to them, are understandably overwhelmed and distraught at this turn of events. What happens now, is that to escape from the pain of fear and uncertainty that is consuming their life, they seek to take actions, that is, to do something. This “I must do something” is vital to alleviate the depression that would be all consuming if nothing was done. The ‘doing something’ though has a terrible cost. Let me explain, doing something and taking actions, seems logically enough that you are doing them to beat cancer, survive cancer, get rid of the cancer, fight the cancer etc. You may think that the purpose of taking these actions is as above but usually the actions are taken to alleviate the uncertainty that you were plunged in to.

When you were in a state of shock following your diagnosis, your unconscious mind was flooded with the meanings, perceptions and beliefs that you held about ‘Cancer’ and I suspect the conclusion you had, is that Cancer kills, Cancer is a Death sentence etc. Now it is widely accepted in the media and socially that there is no cure for cancer, and you would not know, how to cure cancer or heal cancer, so you have a death sentence and no escape. This of course is extremely depressing and fearful, for you do not want to die. Because you do not have the information that would lead you to escape the death sentence, you are in a dilemma.

Stay with me here, for I am describing what goes on at different levels of the brain and though you may disagree with some of my words, I am describing the processes that occur, usually at the unconscious level, which you will be unaware of. The dilemma is that the brain can only process and make conclusions from the information that you have. What certainties is your brain presented with when you were diagnosed, 1. You have Cancer. 2. Cancer kills (etc).  It is important to be blunt with you, because at the level of brain processing, it is computer like, totally unemotional, just data processing. So the only conclusion your brain makes and accepts, is that death will occur as a result of the diagnosis. The only variable is time. Do you remember saying to yourself “I am going to die”, did you ask the doctor “How much time do I have?” The first conclusion or certainty that you recorded in your brain is that you will die. To accept this emotionally is depressing and the depression that would follow, would lead to an even more premature death than the cancer and far more painful.

So avoiding the overwhelming pain of the depression, is the reason that you take the actions, treatments, cures etc. You may feel that you are trying to survive cancer and though this is what the conscious objective may be, the unconscious will be aware of the original certainties and conclusion and so your body will conform to this. Which means, that the actions will have the affect of alleviating depression, pain and mental anguish, and not returning to health, being cancer free etc.

That is why there is a plethora of cures (they probably all work some of the time, placebos work), everyone (most) is looking for a cure, everyone is looking for certainty, everyone is basing these searches on the original beliefs that cancer kills and is a deadly disease. Cancer is not a deadly disease, cancer is a symptom, cancer is the body’s response to all the information that is relevant at the particular time.

What is cancer? is explored in ‘The 5 Step Cancer Healing Process’. The human body can be seen as an information transfer machine. By this I mean that information (data) is the governing principle. You are exactly as you are now, purely because you are the sum of all the information that pertains to you. You, your life expression, your state of health and this thing called cancer, is the result or if you like, the perfect harmonization of all that information. There is nothing wrong, there is no malfunction, there is only resonance with information. Stay with me, it may sound weird and metaphysical etc but hang in there.

The totality of You includes the state of health that you are in, this thing called cancer is in perfect harmony with the story of you (which is the totality of the information). The process is always perfect, that is, the result always equals the (totality of) information.

If you want a different result, health for instance, then you need to transform the information. Information arranges itself into patterns. It is the patterns or schemas that create results, as information is neutral/static and patterns have force and movement, they are like instructions, they produce effects. The state of affairs that you label cancer, is a result of patterns, change the patterns and you get a different result, change the patterns to ones that result in health and that is what you will get as a result.

So what information patterns create health, this is of vitally importance, for you cannot cure cancer, you can only create health or create ill health. When you have created health, then naturally you will not have cancer. If you have the purpose of curing your cancer, then: -

·        You will manifest resistance, for you are trying to be in disharmony with the existing information patterns.

·        You believe the cancer is the cause and not a symptom. Therefore the cause remains unchanged and still present.

·        You are divorced and ignorant of your cancer. The cancer cells are your cells responding perfectly to the information pattern. As they are your cells they partly make up the totality that is you.

·        You are attacking a part of yourself when you attack the cancer.

·        You can only create, you are not creating anything when you attempt to cure cancer, you are simply fighting shadows.

You may say ‘that when I cure cancer, then I will be healthy’ this seems logical but the body’s self healing system is the only system that can heal you. This is a totally unconscious process and at this deep level, curing cancer simply does not compute, for how can it cure something that is already operating perfectly, there is nothing to cure. It will simply keep the status quo; there is nothing new to create.

Back to – what information patterns create health;-

·        Most importantly, there has to be a reason for changing patterns, you may say that “I don’t want to die”, sometimes this can create enough impetus to change but usually it does not create a reason to change patterns and be healthy, because it is only stating the status quo, you also didn’t want to die before you knew you had cancer. It doesn’t necessarily lead anywhere. Are you happy to have a poor quality of life, ill health and pain etc, as long as you don’t die?

So what reason have you to be healthy? Are you surprised by your response or lack of response, to this question? So create a reason, a massive one, one that compels and motivates you, one that forces you to break out of that cocoon that is surrounding you. Discover a reason and a purpose for living and living Well! And then decide to go for it! 100%.

·        Healthy mind, emotions, beliefs, thoughts and attitude. This is a biggie, you have to get rid of your emotional baggage, your self destructive thoughts, emotional stress etc. This is an absolute essential component and where the majority of information needs to be transformed. ‘The 5 Step Cancer Healing Process’ on my website explores in depth this area.

·        Healthy fresh organic food, the more man has interfered with it, the more carcinogenic information in the form of toxins there is.

·        Unpolluted environment.

·        Minimal stress in daily living.

If you have these health creating patterns, then the cause of this state that you find yourself in, which includes cancer, will be eliminated and there will be no reason to have cancer. The cancer cells will return to normal cells and you will be in harmony with the new information pattern.
